Setup OWA with an ISA 2006 server

ISA 2006 has Exchange 2007 wizards to be able to publish OWA.  Overall there are very few differences (other than being in the /owa virtual directory not /exchange) between publishing Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 through ISA.
